THE ROLE
The Director Resource Management at DEPT plays a critical role in driving the operational health of our resourcing model across key disciplines studios or client portfolios in the Americas. This role is responsible for translating business targets and revenue forecasts into actionable headcount and staffing plansensuring the right people are staffed to the right work at the right Director serves as a key operational partner to Delivery Craft and Finance teams. They own regional utilization metrics for their focus area ensure day-to-day staffing operations run efficiently and elevate resourcing data fidelity tooling standards and forecast reporting.
This is a people leadership role that typically oversees 2 Resource Managers or Senior Managers. The ideal candidate is highly analytical detail-oriented and thrives in environments that require collaboration change management and strategic problem-solving.
