About the Role
Our client is seeking a Sales Agent (Call Centre Agent) to support the expansion of their customer base and sales operations. You will work closely with a supervisor receiving full training and guidance.
Requirements and Responsibilities
Key Requirements:
- Native-level Spanish
- Confident using a PC/laptop
- Reliable wired internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps or 5G)
- Headset with microphone
Nice to Have:
- English at B2 level (not essential)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Adaptability motivation and efficiency
Core Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders by collecting information and presenting suitable products
- Handling objections professionally and guiding customers towards purchase decisions
- Managing order forms accurately and escalating technical issues when needed
- Analysing customer feedback and ensuring concerns are addressed appropriately
- Reviewing and evaluating customer dialogues to improve sales quality
Working Pattern
- 5 working days per week
- Saturdays and Sundays are mandatory
- 3 additional working days between Monday and Friday
- 2 rotating rest days during weekdays
- Shifts operate within extended working windows depending on location
