At Wolt were all about making cities better places to live - one restaurant store and courier at a time. Now were looking for an Account Manager to help our restaurant partners in Bergen grow and succeed on the Wolt platform

This is a unique opportunity: youll be the first Account Management hire in Bergen working closely with our local Sales team member while being part of a larger Account Management team based in Oslo. If youre a self-starter who enjoys ownership independence and building something locally - youll feel right at home.

What youll be doing:

As an Account Manager youll manage a portfolio of roughly 200 local restaurant partners and work hands-on to help them perform and grow on Wolt. Youll be trusted to plan your own days prioritise what matters most and make things happen. Were looking for someone early in their Account Management career whos hungry to learn grow and take responsibility.

Your core responsibilities include:

  • Building strong long-term relationships with restaurant partners in Bergen based on trust value and results
  • Supporting partners with performance improvements growth ideas and day-to-day account needs
  • Using data and insights (e.g. Looker) to understand partner performance spot opportunities and recommend actions
  • Sell new or existing Wolt products (like ads) to help partners grow their business on the platform
  • Gathering feedback from partners and sharing insights with Product Marketing and Operations teams
  • Taking ownership of your local partner portfolio and proactively driving improvements without waiting to be asked
  • Meeting partners in person regularly and being a visible reliable Wolt presence in Bergen

Youll collaborate closely with colleagues in Oslo but youll also be comfortable working independently taking ownership and making decisions locally.

Our humble expectations:

  • Location: Based in Bergen working primarily from our Bergen office
  • Experience: Some relevant experience in Account Management Sales Customer Success or a similar commercial role
  • Relationship skills: You communicate clearly build rapport easily and enjoy working with a wide range of people - from restaurant owners to chefs
  • Commercial mindset: Youre curious about what drives partner performance and motivated by creating win-win outcomes
  • Analytical thinking: Comfortable using data to support decisions and prioritise actions
  • Ownership & initiative: Youre proactive structured and able to work independently in a small local setup
  • Communication: You explain ideas simply and confidently both verbally and in writing
  • Languages: Fluent in Norwegian and English
  • Tools: Experience with CRM systems and dashboards is a plus (e.g. Looker Power BI) but not a must
