We are currently seeking 2 individuals to assume the part-time casual position of Visitor Services Counsellor with the Visitor Information Centre within the Economic Opportunities and Investments department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Manager Economic Opportunities and Investments and under the direct supervision of the Supervisor Visitor Services the incumbent provides information programming and services at the Yellowknife Visitor Information Centre.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in tourism and customer service is required
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Excel PowerPoint & Word
RATE OF PAY:
The rate of pay for this position is $31.31 per hour. Shifts may include mornings evenings and weekends.
