Job Summary

HERS Advisors has partnered with a leading business law firm in Newport Beach California (hybrid) which is seeking an eager Litigation Paralegal to join its Securities Litigation & Enforcement team. This is a unique opportunity for a paralegal with general litigation experience who is looking to expand their skill set and receive hands-on training in securities litigation.

Requirements for Litigation Paralegal:

Undergraduate degree and ABA approved paralegal certificate
5 experience working as a litigation Paralegal for a law firm
Fundamental proficiency in online research and internet resources (Lexis-Nexis Westlaw and equivalents)
CA State and Federal Litigation skills with an excellent working knowledge of legal documents and court rules
Fundamental proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook as well as use of database software such as Summation Concordance and/or Relativity
