Job Summary

This well-established high-volume hearing healthcare organization is seeking a full-time Hearing Instrument Specialist to join its Port Charlotte FL location. This opportunity is presented by a third-party recruiting partner on behalf of a nationally recognized franchised private practice with deep roots in the hearing industry.

This is a retail-driven performance-based role ideal for a motivated provider who thrives in a sales-focused environment and enjoys working with adult patients.

Audiologist-founded organization with decades of industry leadership
Backed by a nationally respected hearing aid manufacturer

Strong marketing presence including TV advertising and major professional sports partnerships
Busy established office with on-site patient care coordinators and support staff
Primarily private-pay patient base with some third-party networks recently added

Role Responsibilities

Provide routine adult hearing evaluations and diagnostics
Recommend and dispense hearing aids and related technology
Deliver a high-touch retail-oriented patient experience
Meet performance targets and participate in regular reviews
Serve as the primary licensed provider in the office once established

Compensation Structure

100% commission-based role (no base salary)
20% commission on all personal sales transactions
Typical office volume: $70K$100K in monthly sales
- At $70K/month estimated annual W-2 earnings $168K
- High performers may exceed this range based on closing volume

Apprentice Option

Will consider apprentices
Hourly base rate pluscommission on sales
