This opportunity is presented by a third-party recruiting partner on behalf of a nationally recognized franchised private practice with deep roots in the hearing industry. This is a retail-driven performance-based role ideal for a motivated provider who thrives in a sales-focused environment and enjoys working with adult patients.Practice Overview - Audiologist-founded organization with decades of industry leadership
- Backed by a nationally respected hearing aid manufacturer

- Strong marketing presence including TV advertising and major professional sports partnerships
- Busy established office with on-site patient care coordinators and support staff
- Primarily private-pay patient base with some third-party networks recently added
Role Responsibilities - Provide routine adult hearing evaluations and diagnostics
- Recommend and dispense hearing aids and related technology
- Deliver a high-touch retail-oriented patient experience
- Meet performance targets and participate in regular reviews
- Serve as the primary licensed provider in the office once established
Compensation Structure - 100% commission-based role (no base salary)
- 20% commission on all personal sales transactions
- Typical office volume: $70K$100K in monthly sales
- At $70K/month estimated annual W-2 earnings $168K
- High performers may exceed this range based on closing volume
Apprentice Option - Will consider apprentices
- Hourly base rate pluscommission on sales
