About the Role
A leading international financial organization is seeking anIT Continuity & Resilience Analyst to strengthen the ITContinuity and IT Resilience framework across Wealth Management (WM) ITassets.
This role is highly strategic and hands-on working closelywith IT Development IT Production and governance teams actingas an enabler and facilitator to ensure resilience is embedded into thefull application lifecycle.
You will partner directly with the Wealth Management ITContinuity & Resilience Officer (ICRO) to improve resilience maturityensure regulatory alignment and maintain strong Governance Risk &Compliance (GRC) standards.
Key Responsibilities
1) Ensure IT Resilience by Design (Application LifecycleFocus)
- Support Business and IT teams in understanding IT Continuity requirements for applications and services (on-premise and off-premise)
- Review and analyze IT architecture during project phases to ensure alignment with recovery objectives
- Assess third-party provider agreements to ensure disaster recovery capabilities match business recovery needs
- Validate that DR testing strategies reflect realistic disaster scenarios
- Identify gaps across projects and operational lifecycles define remediation plans and monitor implementation
2) Support WM ICRO in Increasing Resilience Maturity
- Define and maintain a global Disaster Recovery Plan (DR Plan) ensuring consistent recovery sequencing in case of regional disruptions
- Monitor regulatory evolution emerging technologies and group framework changes to anticipate updates to WM governance and processes
- Provide training and change management support to IT teams
- Support the deployment of resilience tools released at group level to industrialize resilience capabilities
3) Maintain Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) forIT Continuity
- Build resilience KPIs and provide qualitative analysis for decision-makers
- Prepare materials and presentations for governance committees
- Ensure data quality and completeness in GRC tools related to IT resilience
- Perform risk assessments for go-live scenarios with resilience non-conformities
- Support internal/external audits and coordinate closure of audit recommendations
