Job Title: Business Analyst Business Intelligence

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong focus on Business Intelligence (BI) to join our team. The successful candidate will leverage data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making and optimize our online healthcare service delivery. You will work closely with Business Team Account Management Sales Operations Product/Tech Marketing team stakeholders to understand your business verticals analytical needs and deliver actionable insights that support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Intelligence and Data Analysis:

• Design develop and maintain BI reports dashboards and visualizations to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.

• Use data analysis tools - SQL Excel Tableau Power BI Python to extract manipulate and analyze large datasets from various sources.

• Identify trends patterns and correlations in healthcare data to inform strategic decisions and business strategies.

• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to integrate and manage data from multiple sources ensuring data accuracy consistency and quality.

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements

• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Provide regular reports and presentations on business performance and insights to senior management.

• Ensure that BI tools and dashboards are user-friendly and effectively communicate insights.

• Conduct user training and provide support to ensure stakeholders can effectively use BI tools and interpret data

Qualifications & Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration Data Science Computer Science or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications is a plus.

• 1 years experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Business Intelligence preferably in the healthcare sector or an online business environment (e-commerce)

• Strong proficiency in BI tools and data analysis software (e.g. Tableau Power BI SQL Python (Basic)) and Excel

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bias for action to quickly execute while keeping view on the larger and longer term outcomes
