Job Summary

Job Title: Assistant Manager

Work Location - Gurgaon

Experience: 5-8 years for A/SA of post-qualification experience in Consumer Healthcare or Pharmaceutical Business Research/KPO

Qualification:

  • Respiratory/Pain/Digestive Health/Skin Health: Bachelors and Masters in Pharmaceuticals with relevant post-qualification experience in the scientific and business research space Oral Health: with oral care/consumer health experience

ROLE OBJECTIVE/PURPOSE

  • Gathering scientific and competitive intelligence for consumer healthcare to generate solutions/answers relevant to clients key intelligent questions.

  • Conducting detailed secondary searches for identification analysis and reporting of project-relevant data to derive meaningful/actionable insights

  • Typical projects include market landscape company profiling novel product launches competitor strategy analysis scientific literature analysis

Execution of short-turnaround and long-term projects

  • Efficiency Effective retrieval of information by identifying relevant data sources formulating efficient search strategies critically evaluate information and organize data for analysis

  • Accuracy Ability to assess validity of sources accuracy of information gathered data gaps if any and steps to plug in the data gaps

  • Presentation of reports Good scientific writing with well- structured and formatted content correct usage of English language usage of right templates and audience-appropriate representations.

 

Must have:

  • Expertise in secondary research with experience in using databases and open sources.

  • Clear understanding and exposure to OTC/Consumer/Pharma healthcare space demonstrate clear acumen in competitive intelligence scientific and business research

  • Proven strengths/clear aptitude in performing literature analysis and deriving competitor insights through clinical trials pipeline analysis business and market assessment

  • Report writing skills - creating reports that offer contextually relevant insights

  • Knowledge on MS Office (esp. PowerPoint and basic Excel) and Internet searching skills are mandatory

  • Must exhibit following core behaviors:

Work mode: 2 days WFO and 3 days WFH
