Job Summary
At ING we are looking for Internal Communications Specialist
Your role and work environment:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Internal Communications Specialist to join our Internal Communications Team team of CoE Corporate Communications.
The responsibility of this team is to have an engagement team aligned around a common strategy and common goals and our way of working is to develop a robust Internal Communication strategy to share the storytelling across the organization but at the same time be capable to segment audiences channels and messages.
Your key responsibilities:
As an Internal Comms Specialist you will:
Be an active part of the cohesive Internal Communications Strategy that is aligned to the business priorities and that integrates the view of all key stakeholders.
Support the holistic Organizational Culture Strategy based on INGs Orange Code developed by Human Resources aimed to enhance and maintain a high Engagement throughout the organization.
Implement the Communication Plan at a tactical and operational level: Support the execution of the annual internal communication plan in accordance with INGs needs and through which the messages that the Organization needs are transmitted in line with the strategy and values.
Content Development: translating the vision and strategy into concrete actions across business units / domains including:
- Stakeholder mapping
- Channel identification and development
- Key messages per audience
- Development of content and materials
Internal Organization: Work in coordination with Corporate Communication (Headquarter) as well as with all business and domains (RB WB CIO COO CRO CFO HR).
Strategic events: Accountable for the development and ensuring the deployment of the concept materials logistics and execution of strategic and high impact events.
Suppliers Management: Liaise with Events agencies publishers printers suppliers etc. to provide internal communication concept design materials etc.

- Experience in Internal Communication organizations not necessarily banking sector.
- Ability to manage different stakeholders.

Professional background:
- Education:
- Degree in Information Sciences (e.g.: Journalism Audiovisual Communication Advertising) Economics Law or similar. Knowledge of Business Communication.
- Experience:
- Minimum of five years of experience in Internal or external Communications.
- Technical knowledge:
- Business writing layout and graphic design video editing HTML Spotler and excellent level of English.
- Skills:
- Strategic vision dynamism communication skills versatile flexible open mind ability to work with different teams.

Tu rol y tu entorno de trabajo
Buscamos a un/a profesional con talento y entusiasmo para unirse al equipo de Internal Communications dentro del CoE Corporate Communications.
La responsabilidad de este equipo consiste en impulsar un alto nivel de engagement alineado con una estrategia común y objetivos compartidos. Nuestra forma de trabajar se basa en desarrollar una estrategia sólida de Comunicación Interna compartiendo el storytelling en toda la organización y al mismo tiempo segmentando adecuadamente audiencias canales y mensajes.
Tus principales responsabilidades
Como Internal Communications Specialist tu rol incluirá:
Formar parte activa de una estrategia cohesionada de Comunicación Interna alineada con las prioridades del negocio e integrando las perspectivas de las personas clave interesadas.
Apoyar la estrategia holística de Cultura Organizativa basada en el Orange Code de ING desarrollada por Recursos Humanos destinada a potenciar y mantener un alto nivel de engagement en toda la organización.
Implementar el Plan de Comunicación a nivel táctico y operativo: apoyar la ejecución del plan anual de comunicación interna asegurando que los mensajes necesarios para la Organización se transmiten en línea con la estrategia y los valores de ING.
Desarrollo de contenidos traduciendo la visión y la estrategia en acciones concretas en las diferentes unidades y dominios incluyendo:
- Identificación de stakeholders
- Identificación y desarrollo de canales
- Definición de mensajes clave por audiencia
- Elaboración de contenidos y materiales
Organización interna: colaborar de forma coordinada con Corporate Communication (Headquarter) así como con todas las áreas y dominios (RB WB CIO COO CRO CFO HR).
Eventos estratégicos: responsabilizarse del desarrollo los materiales la logística y la ejecución de eventos estratégicos y de alto impacto.
Gestión de proveedores: coordinarse con agencias de eventos editoriales imprentas y otros proveedores para desarrollar conceptos materiales y diseños de comunicación interna.

Trayectoria profesional
Formación
- Grado en Ciencias de la Información (Periodismo Comunicación Audiovisual Publicidad) Economía Derecho o similar.
- Conocimientos en Comunicación Corporativa.
Experiencia
- Mínimo cinco años de experiencia en Comunicación Interna o Externa.
Conocimientos técnicos
- Redacción corporativa maquetación y diseño gráfico edición de vídeo HTML Spotler y excelente nivel de inglés.
Competencias
- Visión estratégica dinamismo habilidades de comunicación versatilidad flexibilidad mentalidad abierta y capacidad para trabajar con diferentes equipos.
