Job Description:
Join a high-caliber GTM team at the ground floor to fight financial crime and scams. You will own the customer success and analytics motion transforming messy data into actionable insights for major global banks. This multifaceted role bridges the gap between customers product development and strategic expansion in a fast-moving environment.

Location: London UK

What you will do:

• Lead pilots and rollouts by analyzing usage data to uncover adoption patterns and guide client stakeholder decisions.

• Act as the voice of the customer translating feedback into product priorities and recommending UI enhancements.

• Own end-to-face project management for bank partnerships preparing concise proposals and reports that drive growth.

The ideal candidate:

• At least 2 years of experience in strategy BizOps or analytics at a consulting tech or finance firm.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel slide design and managing complex stakeholder relationships with clear storytelling.

• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to learn fast and operate independently without established resources or structure.
