About the Role
A leading international organization is looking for a ProgramManager IT Stability & Resilience to lead a strategic program acrossits Application Support / IT Production division.
This role is key to driving service availabilityreducing production incidents strengthening monitoring andobservability and improving overall operational excellence acrosscritical IT environments supporting major business lines.
You will operate at the intersection of technologygovernance and process transformation coordinating transversalinitiatives across multiple IT domains (Markets Securities MFS and others)with strong exposure to senior stakeholders and executive reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Governance
- Define and manage the IT Stability & Resilience roadmap aligned with global Production Excellence strategy
- Establish governance frameworks to track prioritize and report initiatives across all Application Support domains
- Lead and chair Steering Committees ensuring clear decision-making and stakeholder alignment
- Provide transparent reporting and visibility to senior management
Stability & Resilience Transformation
- Drive initiatives focused on:
- Incident reduction
- Problem Management
- Capacity & performance optimization
- Monitoring and alerting improvements
- Coordinate implementation of frameworks such as SRE ITIL4 FinOps and Service Quality metrics
- Partner with Engineering and DevOps teams to enhance:
- Observability
- Automation
- Monitoring platforms
- Tools such as Dynatrace ServiceNow Ansible Elastic Grafana
Operational Excellence & KPI Management
- Define and track key KPIs/OKRs including:
- MTTR MTTD
- SLA adherence
- Recurring incident reduction
- Build data-driven dashboards and reporting for trend analysis and continuous visibility
- Coordinate post-incident reviews and ensure remediation actions are completed end-to-end
- Support infrastructure and platform optimization initiatives
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Act as the main point of contact for the Stability Program across IT business lines and governance functions
- Communicate progress risks value delivery and ROI to executives
- Promote a culture of accountability continuous improvement and collaboration across teams
Risk Compliance & Audit Alignment
- Ensure program initiatives align with IT Risk Cybersecurity Regulatory and Audit requirements (SOX PCI-DSS GDPR)
- Lead proactive risk assessments and stability control reviews
- Drive compliance with internal standards and audit recommendations
Team Enablement & Change Management
- Support managers and engineers in adopting best practices through workshops and knowledge sharing
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure adoption of new tools processes and operational behaviors
- Encourage cross-team collaboration and innovation
Required Profile
Experience & Education
- Masters degree in Information Technology Engineering or related field
- 8 years of experience in IT Production / Application Support
- 3 years in Program Management / Project Management roles
Certifications (Preferred)
- ITIL v4
- PMP / PRINCE2
- SRE Foundation
- FinOps Certified Practitioner
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of IT Production environments and Application Support operations
- Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 SRE DevOps FinOps
- Expertise in Incident / Problem / Change Management
- Experience with observability and automation tools such as:
- Dynatrace
- ServiceNow
- Ansible
- Grafana
- Elastic / ELK Stack
- Familiarity with cloud and hybrid infrastructures:
- AWS Azure Kubernetes
- RHEL migrations and modern infrastructure modernization projects
Soft Skills
- Strong track record managing transversal programs across multiple stakeholders and teams
- Analytical and strategic mindset with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills and executive-level reporting capabilities
- Ability to influence and coordinate multicultural global cross-functional teams
