We are thrilled to shout out that we are looking for a high performing Talent Generalist to join an exceptional Talent team at the centre of a major organizational moment. With an upcoming merger this role offers the chance to be deeply involved in bringing two strong well-respected companies together and helping shape the future of our people culture and leadership.


This is not a peripheral role. You will work side by side with our Chief Talent Officer and senior leadership team contributing directly to decisions and execution during one of the most important chapters in our companys history.

In addition to the duties expected of a human resources professional you will be responsible to:

  • Partner closely with the Chief Talent Officer and our Talent team across all core people and human resources priorities
  • Support merger and integration work including planning execution change support and communications
  • Work directly with senior leaders to support teams through growth change and complexity
  • Use data and insight to inform people decisions and guide strategy
  • Take ownership of initiatives and step in wherever support is needed to move the work forward
  • Help build modern scalable people practices that support a growing organization

This role is based in our offices five days a week giving you the opportunity to work closely with your colleagues learn from experienced professionals and grow in a highly engaged team environment.


The approximate salary range for this role will depend on what you bring to the table. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including market competitiveness skills experience educational attainment professional designations internal equity and other job related requirements.
