We are hiring 23 Senior Client Onboarding / Implementation Specialists who can step into active onboarding quickly and confidently manage sophisticated implementations with minimal ramp time.
This role is intentionally senior-level. It is not an entry-level onboarding support or generic customer success position.
This is an end-to-end implementation ownership role.
You will take newly signed high-value practices from contract execution live production owning:
The onboarding strategy
Timeline and milestone management
Workflow configuration and readiness
Client training and accountability
Risk identification and mitigation
You will operate across clinical workflows revenue cycle workflows payer contracting considerations and front-office operations.
There are no constant handoffs and no rigid scripts.
You are expected to lead the process not just facilitate it.
Understand the Clients Needs
Develop a deep understanding of what the client does how their practice operates and why their workflows exist. This includes clinical operations front-office processes billing workflows and payer-related considerations.
Plan for Success
Create a comprehensive tailored onboarding plan that accounts for all required steps to successfully implement ClinicMindtimelines dependencies risks training needs and readiness checkpoints.
Execute the Plan
Lead the execution of the onboarding plan end-to-end guiding clients through configuration training and workflow adoption until they achieve confidence and mastery of the system.
Ongoing Support Through Onboarding
Provide consistent hands-on support throughout the onboarding lifecycle ensuring successful adoption and long-term independence with ClinicMindnot just technical completion.
Lead Getting Started Calls (GSCs) that set expectations scope timelines and success criteria
Serve as the single owner of onboarding for high-value Behavioral Health and Chiropractic practices
Configure and onboard clients across multiple integrated products not just EHR
Guide practices through payer contracting and enrollment considerations in partnership with CredEdge and RCM
Deliver live instructor-led workflow based trainings for:
Front office and scheduling teams
Providers and clinical staff
Identify onboarding risks early (data readiness staffing gaps payer issues workflow misalignment) and proactively manage them
Maintain detailed onboarding documentation and clear next steps after every client interaction
Drive clients to On Time In Full (OTIF) go-live outcomes with high confidence and satisfaction
We are only considering candidates who already have directly relevant healthcare implementation experience.
You must have:
Hands-on experience in healthcare SaaS onboarding or implementation (EHR PM or RCM platforms)
Behavioral Health and/or Chiropractic domain experience
Experience onboarding high-value or operationally complex practices
Working knowledge of revenue cycle fundamentals including payer enrollment claims flow and denials basics
Comfort leading live client calls discovery sessions and trainings without scripts
The ability to ramp quickly: LMS shadow co-pilot solo in days not months
If your background is primarily customer success account management or support without owning implementations this role will not be a fit.
Experience implementing both clinical workflows and billing workflows
Behavioral Health implementations with compliance documentation and payer complexity
Chiropractic or Mental Health practice implementations with high visit volume
Prior experience working inside a medical or behavioral health practice (practice manager billing manager trainer etc.)
Experience onboarding multi-product or platform-based solutions not single-feature tools
Comfort managing assertive demanding practice owners while maintaining authority and trust
Independently leading Getting Started Calls
Running supervised and then solo onboarding workflows
Confidently training staff across clinical front-office and billing functions
Managing onboarding timelines with minimal escalation
Delivering smooth predictable go-lives for high-value practices
