About the Role

Were looking for a proactive relationship-focused Account Manager to join our Sales this role youll manage multiple client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact. Youll play a key role in strengthening long-term partnerships driving account growth and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

What Youll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong trusted client relationships.
• Understand client goals and align ASM services to meet their needs.
• Conduct regular client meetings presentations and account reviews.
• Develop strategic account plans to grow existing business.
• Identify upsell and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Manage renewals pricing updates and contract modifications.
• Monitor account performance and provide reporting to clients.
• Visit clients onsite when necessary.

What Were Looking For

• 02 years of related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Strong organizational time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
