Job Summary and Responsibilities
As the Director of Education for Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center you will provide leadership to execute the organizations people strategy. You will oversee training projects and activities applying a systematic process to shift individuals and teams from current state to desired state and analyze human performance gaps to close them. You will build the organizations culture capability capacity and engagement through people development strategies and use learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact of learning solutions and develop plans to improve learning and development programs.

Job Requirements
Required Education and Experience:
- Masters degree in a related discipline/field from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of five (5) years of education/healthcare-related experience and three (3) years of work experience in a management role is required.
- Previous direct patient care experience is required.
Required Licensure:
- Licensed clinician (e.g. registered nurse occupational therapist physicians assistant etc.) reqiored.
