In this role you will organize and schedule appropriate nursing department coverage including the master schedule daily schedule and scheduling replacements for shifts. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented excels at multitasking and thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
Position Type:Full-Time benefits eligible position
Shift Available:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Wage Range:$23.75 - $27.86 / hour depending on experience

Scheduler/ Staffing Coordinator responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedule and staffing levels for the nursing department.
- Track continuing educational programs for staff.
- Create training plans for new clinical staff.
- Complete daily budget report for all nursing hours.
- Track attendance andcoordinate with the Director of Health Services regarding attendance issues.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
- Experience in nursing and care assistant scheduling and staffing preferred.
- LPN Required.
- 1-2 years working in an AL setting strongly preferred.
- Experience with TeamBridge or similar scheduling program required.
- Works on the floor with resident care as needed
- Must have flexibility in scheduling.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with residents families and staff.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Excellent customer service skills.
