How will you make an impact

Our interns are matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs. All projects will have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business to which they are assigned.

Summer projects may include the following responsibilities:

  • Support the development of technical and commercial proposals by translating complex service and engineering concepts into clear customer-facing documentation
  • Perform business and financial analyses to support proposal pricing margin targets and competitive positioning
  • Create data-driven visuals summaries and dashboards to communicate proposal assumptions risks and value propositions to stakeholders
  • Assist in standardizing proposal templates cost models and analytical tools to improve proposal accuracy and turnaround time
  • Conduct market customer and historical win/loss analyses to inform proposal strategy and improve bid effectiveness

Start Date: Interns have the option to join either our May or June cohort for a duration of 10-12 weeks.

Compensation & Relocation: This internship offers an hourly rate of $28.00. Additionally a relocation stipend is offered in the amount of $5000 if necessary. Students must be located 50 miles away from the physical location of the internship to be eligible for the relocation stipend.

How will you get here

  • Graduate student completing a Masters degree in Business Engineering or Life Sciences field of study between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Previous related internships totaling 1 years experience required. 0 years of work experience required.
  • Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity innovation involvement and intensity.
  • Energized through championing change driven in getting results and savvy in navigating ambiguity.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
