Job Summary
Do you want to be part of a dynamic and innovative project in full growth We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Reservations Agent (M/F) to join our amazing Revenue Management team and will be based in Lisbon at Moxy Lisboa Alfragide.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and process all room reservations ensuring maximum occupancy and customer satisfaction;
Respond to group requests and input the respective rooming lists;
Provide detailed information about the hotels services and facilities rates and special promotions;
Keep all reservation records updated in the hotel system;
Effectively resolve any issues or concerns related to reservations;
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures regarding reservations and guest management.
Requirements:
Education in Tourism Hospitality or a related field;
Fluency in English;
Experience with Opera PMS or Marriott systems is a plus;
Excellent communication and customer service skills;
Proactivity and ability to solve problems efficiently;
Availability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
