Huawei is currently looking for several Telecom Engineer Assistants to support its teams in one of these 3 departments:
DEPARTMENT : FRANCE ICT CONSULTING & SYSTEM INTEGRATION (NTD):
Assist in the development of technical solutions (network data center systems) for carrier and enterprise customers in support of senior presales and engineering teams.
Support the installation configuration and testing of basic network equipment and systems under supervision contributing to project delivery and quality assurance.
Provide first-level technical support assist with change management procedures and help troubleshoot technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
Contribute to the optimization of deployment processes and help maintain technical documentation (e.g. reports diagrams) as part of a continuous improvement approach.
Participate in team meetings and project reviews to gain a comprehensive understanding of consulting and system integration project lifecycles.

DEPARTMENT : APPLICATION MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT (AMS):
Assist in the delivery of network maintenance spare parts management and managed services. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at ensuring the stability and performance of our clients networks.
Support the team in responding to technical and security incidents. Participate in the monitoring and lifecycle support of network solutions under the guidance of experienced engineers.
Help organize and track maintenance interventions aiding in the coordination with subcontractors when necessary to support service quality and efficiency.

DEPARTMENT : PARTNER ENABLEMENT:
Participate in the research and identification of potential new partners. Aid in the evaluation of their capabilities and support the logistics of the onboarding process under the supervision of senior team members.
Work closely with delivery and maintenance departments to facilitate partner integration and help ensure smooth service delivery on joint projects.
Assist with partner relationship management tasks support the coordination of contractual documentation and help compile data for partner performance tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
Education :
Masters degree in a STEM field (Science Technology Engineering Telecommunications).
Hard skills :
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French are mandatory (mandarin is a plus).
Soft skills :
Have good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Problem-Solving : Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-growing and international business environment.
