We are looking for an experienced leadertodrivehigh-impactimprovements that elevate how we manage anddeliverour$2b p.a. infrastructureinvestmentportfolio.

In this pivotal role you will strengthen and streamline processes across the entire investment will enable smarter evidencebased investment decisions embed greater efficiency and consistency in our governanceassuranceand program managementprocesses and help ensure every investment contributes to Sydney Water delivering its strategic outcomes and longterm value for customers and communities.

Whatyou will be doing:

• Identifyinitiateand execute initiatives including strategic change management and transformation projects associated with the key functions of the Infrastructure Investment Programs (IIP) team.
• Support the Infrastructure Portfolio by developing the right processes in the context of current businessobjectivesand operating environment to ensure successful portfolio management.
• Identifyand assess business problem statements build requirements and processes enable resourcing document managementplansandwork with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead and manage strategic initiative program governance forums reporting on progress actions and key decisions.
