Job Summary
- Conduct end-to-end business and systems analysis for projects ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with project peers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of deliverables.
- Elicit analyse and document detailed business requirements through workshops interviews and engagement with diverse user groups.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams fostering strong partnerships and supporting delivery within an agile environment.
- Translate business requirements into clear comprehensive functional specifications and solution designs.
- Develop and maintain specifications for reports dashboards data cubes and related analytics artefacts.
- Engage with system users to understand operational needs challenges and enhancement. opportunities.
- Plan coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) ensuring solutions meet definedrequirements and quality standards.
- Provide second-line support for corporate applications including troubleshooting and escalation management.
- Deliver End-user training and create user-support materials as needed.
- Support and assist with operational activities related to system functionality processes and continuous improvement.
- Responsible to manage ICT project within scope time cost and quality with the approved project management standard operating procedure.
- Responsible to execute other assigned operations and activities with the ICT operations function.
- 3 years Diploma in IT/ Business Analysis or related field.
- 2 years experience in Business Analysis.
- Experience in Programming would be an added. advantage.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of SDLC SQL UML
- System functionality and integration JAD sessions and Testing.
