Roles and Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Mentorship
- Overseeing the Global GridOS Distribution cross functional distribution team ensuring harmony across personalities and skillsets.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Provide high level support for all ERCIS GridOS Distribution projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
- Provide support across the Globe for Series 6 to GridOS Distribution projects and help to ensure common delivery practices are being followed.
- Help to identify and develop toolsets to streamline delivery and moves toward GridOS functionality.
- Explain difficult or sensitive information and work to build consensus.
- Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
- Project Lifecycle Ownership:
- Contribute to the implementation of MES (Multi-Energy-Systems) solutions using our GridOS Software Suite.
- Own technical deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle ensuring projects stay on track in terms of budget time and customer expectations.
- Help to layout proper staffing to cover all GridOS portions of Series 6 deliveries
- Help to build out all training and tooling for Series 6 to GridOS
- Client Collaboration:
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored strategies through site assessments.
- Make standard recommendations on workflow application interface reports testing and uploads to customers during the implementation process.
- Ensure go-live readiness and provide support including post-live checkups to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Best Practice and Quality Assurance:
- Develop specialized knowledge in your discipline and serve as a best practice/quality resource.
- Work with your team to build out process for moving from S6 to GridOS
- Stay abreast of the latest technical developments in your area and contribute to strategy and policy development.
- Ensure delivery excellence within your area of responsibility.
- Market Awareness and Integration:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of best practices and understand how your area integrates with others.
- Have a working knowledge of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
- Decision-Making and Problem solving:
- Use best judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management manufacturing technology or engineering.
- Take a new perspective on existing solutions and use technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations.
- Utilize multiple internal and limited external sources outside of your own function to arrive at decisions.

- Ability to work across all GEV silos with a OneTeam mentality.
- Ability to grow and mentor all staff while understanding that not everyone learns and grows the same ways.

- Required Qualifications:
- 4 year STEM degree
- 15 years of European Distribution experience in European market
- 10 years of People Management
- 10 years of Technical Delivery Strategy
- 5 years of Regional Leadership
