Job Title: Waking Night Residential Support Worker
Location: Chipping Preston (PR3)
Salary: 15 per hour (once fully onboarded) performance related bonus (up to 2400 per year)
Working Hour: 10pm 10am

Who we are looking for
Were recruiting Waking Night Residential Support Workers to support childrens homes in Chipping Preston. This is a hands-on night role focused on safeguarding wellbeing checks recording and providing calm consistent support.

Requirements:

• Must be a driver with access to your own car for commuting

• Must have prior work experience within childrens homes

• We will not consider applicants who have only worked in healthcare settings (this isnt relevant to childrens residential)

Once fully onboarded you can expect:

• 15 per hour (waking nights)

• Performance related bonus (potential to earn an extra 2400 per year)

• You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car.

• You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care this is not deemed equivalent.

• Candidates with only HealthCare NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner qualifications will not be considered.

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered.
