We are building a new recruitment team responsible for closing advanced global roles. This is full-cycle recruitment: from gathering requirements to presenting offers and initiating pre-onboarding. Sourcing is an integral part of our process.

Your role:
- Full-cycle recruitment on a global scale: sourcing interviewing coordinating next steps and extending offers
- Managing and advising key stakeholders (in collaboration with the Lead)
- Participating in brainstorming and problem-solving sessions; finding unconventional recruitment approaches
- Supporting colleagues
- Maintaining the ATS
- Preparing reports
What you bring:
- 4 years of recruitment experience filling hard-to-fill engineering and corporate roles
- Experience with MENA region
- Proven global recruitment experience hiring across multiple regions and time zones
- Flexible results-oriented approach
- Business acumen (preferred)
- Strong English skills (speaking and writing at B2-C1 level)
