As astudentanalyston our Global Investment Banking team you will be making a real difference to our clients by helping to provide customized financing and advisory solutions. With officeslocatedin Canada the United StatesColombiaEurope Asia and Australia our Global Investment Banking group provides equity and debt underwriting as well as corporate finance advisory servicesto a broad range of public and private corporationsthrougha number ofindustry and product groups.This isa great opportunitytobe a part of a group of professionals ranging from Analysts to Managing Directors who are dedicated to advising clients.

The expected annualized base salary for this role is $105000.

The base salary isdeterminedby a variety of factors including the candidates skills experience and job-related knowledge as well as geographic location and specific business needs. Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles.

  • Research andAnalytics Provide a broad range of analytical research and presentation preparation support to the team.

  • ProjectManagementAssigned to a variety of transactions and advisory projects such as mergers & acquisitions divestitures equity and debt financings strategic advisory/alternatives projects and full capital structure solution projects.

  • RelationshipManagementGain exposure to working with individuals from various groups across the firm. Ourteamapproach to executing coverage and financing assignments is designed to provide progressive on the job training.
