The Role
We are seeking an Operations Engineer passionate about system operations troubleshooting and automation.
In this role youll:
- Support and maintain our infrastructure
- Resolve operational issues
- Contribute to process improvements and automation

Key Responsibilities
- System Monitoring & Support: Monitor system health and performance respond to alerts and resolve issues to ensure reliable operations.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation including runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Operational Tasks: Perform software updates system patching and manage user access
- Automation: Identify opportunities for automation and contribute to scripting and tools development under guidance
- Collaboration: Work with team members to ensure operational best practices are followed and continuously improved.
What You Bring
Technical Skills:
- Basic Linux and/or Windows administration with troubleshooting abilities
- Exposure to scripting or programming (e.g. Python Bash PowerShell)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a plus
- Awareness of monitoring and alerting tools (e.g. Prometheus Grafana)
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addresses DNS troubleshooting)
Operational Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
- Interest in operational efficiency and scalable process development
- Ability to document processes and solutions clearly
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with experienced engineers
- Strong communication skills with the ability to ask questions and seek help
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute and grow
Basic Qualifications
- 2 years in IT system administration or related field
- Foundational knowledge of operating systems networking or cloud technologies
- Experience with monitoring logging or cloud platforms
- Exposure to automation tools or practices
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) is a plus
- Passion for technology and solving real-world problems
