About the Role
The Sales & Account Coordinator supports the Sales team by managing customer orders coordinating internal handoffs and serving as a primary point of contact for order status and execution. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order processing timely communication and strong customer relationships.
What Youll Do
- Support the full lifecycle of customer orders from entry through delivery
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order status and updates
- Coordinate closely with Sales Warehouse Production and Finance teams
- Schedule and track shipments based on inventory and production availability
- Identify and resolve issues related to orders shipments or billing
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems
- Communicate proactively and professionally with customers and internal partners

- Associate degree training program or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
