Job Summary
EMCOR Services Betlem is looking for a Billing Coordinator. This position will be responsible for billing support including processing invoices and providing site and customer support.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare service invoices including T&M and Quoted work for O&M accounts.
- Reviewing invoices to ensure completeness and accuracy in order to ensure the timely delivery to customers.
- Set up service order quoted work for O&M accounts.
- Create purchase orders for account managers for quoted work.
- Submitting invoices on multiple customer portals.
- Completing customer-specific & required incremental reporting documents
- Interact extensively with Internal and External Customers to ensure accurate billing and reporting.
- Maintaining customer billing files in an organized manner
- Create folders on shared drive and file as required with invoices (work orders purchase orders vendor invoices )
- Corresponding with clients answering questions and resolving issues.
- Assist others in the Commercial department as time allows.
- Provide excellent customer service skills
- Back-up other office personnel as requested

Experience
- Minimum 3-5 Years software billing experience (COINS preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Mechanical Industry preferred
