VDA / Estimator Bodyshop

Location: Dorking area
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am 5:30pm
Salary: Up to 50000 bonus scheme
Holidays: 23 days plus bank holidays

Our client a well-established independent bodyshop group is seeking an experienced VDA / Estimator to join their team at their site in the Dorking area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled estimator looking for a stable weekday-only role within a professional and growing business.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out accurate vehicle damage assessments
Producing repair estimates using Audatex
Ensuring repair methods comply with manufacturer and insurer standards
Liaising with technicians parts suppliers insurers and customers
Managing workflow to support efficient and high-quality repairs

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in a VDA / Estimator role within a bodyshop environment
Audatex proficiency is essential
ATA accreditation preferred (or willingness to work towards)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Professional and customer-focused approach
