- Align with local Data Protection Coordinators Legal and HR teams
- Identify prioritize and document data protection risks
- Prepare management decision papers and document risk acceptance
- Track documentation and progress in an agile project setup
Requirements
- 10 years experience
- Strong experience in GDPR and international data protection
- Strong and proven experience working with international stakeholders and local entities
- Hands-on expertise with TIA DPIA and cross-border data transfers
- Structured pragmatic and governance-oriented working style
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Collaboration with international project and HR teams
- Experience with EU employee data protection or works council contexts
- Fluent in English

- Basic understanding of HR IT systems (non-technical)
