The ideal candidate will be visionary innovative and skilled in uniting functions teams systems and processes to provide consistent and exceptional experiences for stakeholders. We are a rapidly expanding business. This role demands an individual who can roll up their sleeves take ownership and get the job done.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute complex and timed automated processes using Automation Anywhere.

• Log into portalsacquirespecific documents and download them to specified folders on local machines or server-mapped drives.

• Deliver document digitization solutions.

• Script using Python and schedule tasks at a server level.

• Deliver end-to-end service function automationutilizingMicrosoft Power Platform specifically Power Automate Microsoft AI Builder Copilot Studioand SQL Server.

• Develop and deploy BOTs using Azure Web App and Azure AI Bots.

• Work with open-source databases.

• Drive process improvement automation and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Establish robust knowledge management practices to capture and shareexpertiseacross the team.

• Implement a rigorous quality assurance framework tomonitorand improve service delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies.

• Develop andmaintainstrong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 0 to 2 yearsof experience in automationorAI engineering.

• Demonstrated knowledge of developing complex automated processes using Automation Anywhere.

• Experience in logging into portalsacquiringspecific documents and downloading them to specified folders.

• Experience in document digitization is an advantage.

• Proficiencyin scripting usingPython and task scheduling at a server level.

• Significant experiencewithMicrosoft Power Platform including:

• AI Model Development: Ability to design develop and deploy AI models using Microsoft AI Builder

• AI Prompt Engineering:Expertisein creating andoptimizingAI prompts for various applications

• Strong knowledge ofAzureservices including:

• Azure Bot Services: Experience in developing and deploying chatbots using Azure Bot Services

• Azure Machine Learning: Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning for building and training AI models

• Azure AI Foundry SDK: Ability to develop AI applications using Azure AI Foundry SDK

• Experience with AI model development and release management including:

• Release Management: Planning scheduling and controlling the build testing and deployment of AI models

• Monitoring and Feedback: Continuous monitoring of AImodelspost-deployment to ensure performance and compliance

• Experience with open-source databases.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to roll up sleeves take ownership and get the job done.
