Job Summary

SAP Project Manager (f/m/d)

Location: Malaga/Spain Contract: Full-time/Permanent

Role Overview

Lead end-to-end SAP initiatives (S/4HANA and related platforms) using SAP Activate and Agile delivery. Own planning execution governance and stakeholder management delivering value-driven outcomes via Jira (epics stories boards metrics).

Your Responsibilities

Plan & Mobilize: Define scope delivery model governance and SAP Activate plans

Backlog & Delivery: Manage epics stories sprints velocity and release planning

Jira Management: Configure boards/workflows dashboards and reporting

Schedule & Budget: Track progress manage variances maintain RAID and report to executives

Risk & Quality: Drive issue resolution change control testing cutover and quality gates

Stakeholder Management: Lead ceremonies steering committees and businessIT alignment

Cutover & Go-Live: Manage cutover hypercare and handover to operations

Compliance & Improvement: Coordinate GRC inputs and drive continuous improvement via metrics

Required Skills

Must-have

5 years project management incl. 3 years leading SAP projects with SAP Activate

Delivery of SAP workstreams (preferably S/4HANA) from Explore to Deploy/Run

Agile delivery with Jira (setup workflows dashboards metrics)

Planning estimation budgeting forecasting and RAID/change control

SAP landscapes testing cycles cutover and Activate governance

Risk & issue management cutover/hypercare coordination

Stakeholder management Fluent English; additional EU languages a plus

Nice-to-have

Familiarity with SAP BTP Integration Suite/CPI Signavio SAP ALM/Cloud ALM or GRC

Relevant certifications (e.g. Scrum PMP/PRINCE2 SAP Activate)

Experience with RISE with SAP or multi-vendor project environments
