FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for:
- Support in the execution of operational tasks including weekly reporting KPI monitoring and dashboard maintenance to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Management and optimization of HubSpot databases ensuring high data hygiene and accurate tracking of all sales activities.
- Lead enrichment and market research through tools like LinkedIn and Google to maintain high funnel quality for both outbound and inbound campaigns.
- Documentation and continuous improvement of internal revenue processes and the Global Sales Playbook to drive scalability across regional teams.
- Support in the creation and standardization of sales materials such as pitch decks case studies and ROI models to equip the team for consistent execution.
- Coordination with cross-functional teams (Marketing and Customer Success) and assistance in preparing presentations and follow-up materials for management.
SKILLS AND VALUES
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration Economics Engineering or similar.
- Medium level of Excel/Google Sheets is required. Familiarity with CRM and Project Management tools like HubSpot JIRA or Notion and data visualization tools is highly valued.
- We are looking for an analytical methodical and detail-oriented person.
- Proactive team player with an eagerness to learn about revenue growth and business strategy in a fast-paced international environment.
