Job Summary
Operates ultrasound equipment to create detailed images of the heart helping physicians diagnose and monitor cardiovascular conditions. A key part of the job includes performing and analyzing echocardiograms explaining procedures to patients and maintaining and operating the equipment. They also maintain patient records collaborate with cardiologists and participate in ongoing education.

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : only during the week that they are on call they would work Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
On Call Requirements : on call Monday-Sunday at night every ninth week.
Requirement description :
- Certified as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) by the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- 2 years echo tech experience - REQUIRED
