Google CES Python Developer (ADK GDF Playbooks)
Atlanta GA Hybrid
Job Summary:
- Design implement and optimize Customer Engagement Suite (CES) solutions using Dialogflow CX Agent Development Kit (ADK) and CCAI Insights.
- Engineer conversational user experiences including conversational flow branching error handling and persona using Dialogflow CX.
- Develop and refine Generative Playbooks for virtual agents with prompt engineering and integration of large language models (LLMs).
- Build robust backend services APIs webhooks and supporting scripts in Python for CES applications.
- Integrate CES tools with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to agent behavior performance and integration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable production-ready AI and contact center solutions.
- Leverage experience with agent frameworks like ADK Playbooks and Google Cloud Run.
- Utilize strong knowledge of Dialogflow CX CCAI Agent Assist and dialogue flow design tools.
- Perform API integrations (REST gRPC) work with Cloud Functions and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Follow Agile Scrum practices and processes.
- Work in a hybrid (Atlanta GA) environment authorized to work in the US with no visa sponsorship required.
- Additional skills: (5 years) AWS (2 years) and experience in the Telco domain is a plus.
