Position: MEP Supervisor
Experience: 7 Years

Qualification: B.E / Electrical / Mechanical
Location: Mumbai (or project site as applicable)
Reporting To: HOD

Role Summary

The MEP Engineer / Supervisor will be responsible for supervising executing and monitoring Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works at site to ensure timely completion quality compliance safety standards and coordination with civil and other trades.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise day-to-day MEP activities at site (Electrical HVAC Plumbing Fire Fighting).
Ensure execution as per approved drawings specifications and BOQ.
Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and vendors for smooth execution.
Monitor manpower deployment and productivity.

2. Quality Control & Compliance

Ensure compliance with project quality standards and safety norms.
Conduct inspections and testing of MEP systems.
Prepare and maintain daily work reports and checklists.
Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.

3. Coordination & Planning

Coordinate with civil architectural and interior teams for interface management.
Assist in preparing project schedules and execution planning.
Participate in site meetings and provide technical inputs.
Support material planning inspection and site storage.

4. Testing & Commissioning

Assist in testing commissioning and handover of all MEP systems.
Prepare snag lists and ensure timely rectification.
Ensure proper documentation for handover.

5. Health & Safety

Ensure implementation of safety procedures at site.
Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Electrical HVAC Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and schematics
Experience in high-rise residential / commercial real estate projects
Good coordination supervision and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of IS standards NBC codes & safety regulations
