Job Summary (Tax Manager Oakville ON):
- Lead Canadian tax planning and compliance for individuals corporations trusts estates and CCPCs.
- Manage and review tax engagements for a diverse client portfolio ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with the U.S. Tax Team on cross-border tax matters and filings.
- Oversee and review tax return preparation for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct tax research interpret findings and provide recommendations to clients and leadership.
- Mentor train and provide daily guidance to junior tax staff.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive and high-quality service.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and organizational policies.
- Balance multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
