Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format): Case Manager
- Provide case management (CM) for oncology patients and those with related diagnoses
- Accepts first-time travelers
- Required Experience/Certifications:
- Minimum 1 year of case management experience
- Minimum 1 year of oncology experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Venipuncture/phlebotomy
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Telephone triage
- Patient teaching
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 5 shifts per week 8 hours per day (Days)
