We are seeking a Full Developer to join our team. This role will involve designing developing and maintaining full stack enterprise applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in C# SQL Server API development and enterprise application architecture along with a passion for building scalable high-quality software solutions.

Job Title:Full Developer

Location: Lansing MI (Hybrid Onsite 2 days/week no remote option)

Duration: 1 Year Contract (with possible extension)

Job Description:

Design develop and maintain full stack applications using C# and SQL Server.
Build and consume RESTful APIs and implement server-side business logic.
Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end components using React.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners designers and QA.
Write clean maintainable and well-documented code following best practices.
Troubleshoot debug and optimize application performance.
Participate in in-person interviews and work onsite from day one as part of a hybrid schedule.

Required Skills & Experience:

5 years of experience in full stack application development.
3 years of strong hands-on experience with React for front-end development.
5 years of hands-on experience C# including API and server-side development.
5 years of experience working with SQL Server.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work onsite and attend in-person interviews (mandatory).
