Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid position based in Houston TX with flexibility to work remotely for certain administrative tasks. The Elevator Mechanic will be responsible for the installation maintenance troubleshooting and repair of elevators and related equipment. This role requires strong technical expertise attention to safety and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities-
Perform installation routine maintenance and repair of elevator systems and components

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently

Inspect elevators to ensure proper functionality safety and regulatory compliance

Make necessary adjustments repairs or component replacements

Maintain accurate service records reports and documentation

Adhere strictly to safety regulations codes and company standards

Proven experience in elevator maintenance and repair

Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems

Solid understanding of elevator operations service protocols and components

Knowledge of electrical systems used in elevator equipment

Physical ability to meet job demands and commitment to workplace safety

Relevant Elevator Mechanic certification or licensure (as required by local regulations)

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship preferred
