The Guest Relations Specialist is responsible for providing a welcoming presence and excellent service to patients families visitors and staff through the information we impart and the personal attention we give each guest. Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required.
2 years of experience professional work experience required.
Computer proficiency required.
Collaborative work ethic independent problem-solving skills attention to detail positive and professional demeanor with high integrity and ethics are all qualities necessary to be successful in this position
Available to meet the needs of the department by working additional shifts including evenings holidays and weekend shifts
Ability to read write and speak Spanish preferred
