Job Summary
Nalley Consulting is seeking full-time Systems Administrator in metro Washington D.C.
Position: Systems Administrator
LCAT: Senior
Location: DIA HQ Washington D.C.
Required clearance: TS/SCI with willingness to take CI poly
*** Hours: Position works core hours but candidates must have the ability to come onsite for any unforeseen outages (these are very rare but do occur).
Required experience and education: Masters degree and 8 years of experience OR bachelors degree and 10 years of experience
Description: Position supports sustainment of two critical operating systems on JWICs.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Security certification
- Highly Desired: Proficient cloud computing experience proficient digital security experience SQL
Required skills
- Principal technologies: Java Java Persistence API (JPA) Java Web Services (JAX-RS) Java Cryptography Extension (JCE) Hibernate Spring JavaScript Apache Ant Apache HTTPD and Apache Tomcat
- Databases: Apache Solr PostgreSQL MongoDB and OracleDB
- Platforms: Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 8 and 9 with an understanding of FIPS mode SELinux firewall daemon (firewalld) file access policy daemon (fapolicyd) and basic system administration
- Must be able to obtain a privileged user access account (PUA).
