Job Title: Power BI Developer

Location: Overland Park KS Bellevue WA Frisco TX or Denver CO- Onsite

Duration: 3 Month Contract with opportunity to go longer

Pay $60 to 65/hr

Position Overview:

We are seeking a PowerBI Developer with Dynamics 365 reporting experience to optimize and enhance call center analytics capabilities. The primary focus of this role will be developing modifying and optimizing PowerBI reports while also customizing Dynamics 365 standard reports to meet business needs. This position will play a critical role in improving reporting performance and creating meaningful insights for contact center operations as the customer transitions from Cisco Call Center to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

PowerBI Experience:

Ability to create new and modify existing reports.
Looking for someone that can help with optimizing page / report performance.
Query optimization for joins of multiple tables.

Dynamics 365 Experience:

Knowledge of D365 ability to update and add filters to standard reports.
Ability to add additional tables to standard reports to create new filters and views.
Example is adding an external table that contains HR Hierarchy to allow views by supervisor team center etc.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

3 years of experience developing and optimizing PowerBI reports and dashboards
Strong proficiency in DAX for creating measures calculated columns and optimizing performance
Solid understanding of Power Query (M language) for data transformation
Proven experience optimizing report performance and query execution
Experience with complex data models involving multiple table joins
Knowledge of PowerBI Service workspaces and deployment processes
Ability to diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks in reports
2 years of experience with Dynamics 365 reporting and customization
Understanding of Dynamics 365 data structure and standard reports
Experience modifying and enhancing Dynamics 365 reports
Ability to add tables create relationships and extend standard reports
Familiarity with FetchXML for custom queries
Knowledge of integrating external data sources with Dynamics 365
Experience with SSRS reports in Dynamics 365 environment (preferred)
