Job Summary
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance ofDallas TXor willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at thistime
- Knowledge of messaging platforms such as Apache Kafka TIBCO EMS TIBCO Rendezvous (RV) and RabbitMQ
- Strong Unix/Linux troubleshooting background.
- Proficiency in Shell scripting (bash or ksh).
- Experience with log analysis performance metrics and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident Problem and Change Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Around 2years of hands-on experience supporting messaging platforms Kafka TIBCO EMS TIBCO RV and RabbitMQ.
- Experience in enterprise or financial services environments.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana Kibana Splunk Hawk or RabbitMQ Management Console.
- Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face.
