Job Summary

Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Jersey City NJ (Onsite)

Job Type: Contract

Tax Terms: C2C W2

Responsibilities:

Manage detailed project plans including scope milestones risks and dependencies.
Coordinate delivery efforts across engineering product and business teams.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement.
Identify risks define mitigation strategies and escalate issues when required.
Track project KPIs financials and resource planning.
Present regular project updates and dashboards to stakeholders.
Support implementation change management and adoption activities.

Skills

8 years of project or program management experience in technology.
Experience in Payments Banking or Financial Services.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe).
Ability to collaborate with engineering teams and interpret technical details.
Proficiency with JIRA Confluence MS Project and SharePoint.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Leadership adaptability and strong collaboration abilities.
