You will lead the evolution of a core data platform and foundational systems for a high-growth startup. By partnering with engineering to design robust permissions ingestion pipelines and custom objects youll bridge technical architecture with user experience. Your work will empower teams to leverage AI-native workflows through a flexible high-performance platform.

What you will do:

Own the core data platform including custom objects permissions models and reporting infrastructure.
Partner with engineering to design simple yet durable systems that scale with enterprise customer needs.

Proven experience shipping foundational B2B SaaS systems like identity platforms or ingestion pipelines.
Strong technical depth in API design schema modeling and navigating complex architectural trade-offs.
