Youll love your role as aJunior Accountant & Administrative Assistant because no two days are the same and youll be right at the heart of the action.

What youll be doing (aka where you shine):

Owning accounts payable postings reconciliations and payments for your assigned location
Making sure all deal paperwork is accurate complete and properly posted
Keeping month-end on track by ensuring all deals are received before cut-off
Preparing and reconciling balance sheet schedules like a pro
Organizing and filing financial documents so everything is exactly where it should be
Being a friendly first point of contactanswering phones and greeting customers
Jumping in on other accounting and administrative tasks as needed (teamwork makes the dream work)

Wed love to hear from you if you:

Have a Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Commerce or Business Administration
Bring2 years of hands-on accounting experience
Have dealership experience (nice-to-have not a must)
Are pursuingor planning to pursuea CPA designation
Have strong MS Excel skills and arent afraid of spreadsheets
Work well independently and thrive in a team environment
Are flexible and understand that month-end and year-end can mean extra hustle
Are detail-oriented organized and quick on your feet
Hold a valid G drivers license with a clean abstract
