Job Summary

Do you want to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer experiences As a Junior Branch Manager at SIXT you will develop your team members while ensuring that we are providing a first-class customer service experience. As an essential part of the team you will assist with increasing profitability as you train and develop with your staff. Use your customer service background and emerging leadership skills to grow your branch and your career. Look forward to outstanding development opportunities with a base salary of $55000 plus an annual bonus incentive capped at $30000

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You lead the team to ensure that daily responsibilities and assigned tasks are complete and maintained at performance standard levels
  • You train and support the ongoing development of new hires assuring the necessary tools and information are in place to incubate success
  • You exert strong team building skills through goal setting motivation and follow-up to reach those goals while improving the team and facilitating communication among its members
  • You exceed and meet departmental objectives including conversion targets and lead generation and strive continually for new ways to increase sales opportunities
  • You create a sense of ownership within the team resolve employee issues communicate the companys purpose core values and vision and ensure that employees follow their schedules as designed
  • You document general reports on each team members performance and targets ensuring that they exceed expectations and perform other job-related duties as assigned

 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Experience and Education You have a minimum of 12 years of work experience in sales and customer service along with strong knowledge of customer care techniques and processes
  • Supervisory and Communication Skills You possess good supervisory and strong communication skills with the ability to coach motivate and interact with others; the ability to communicate in other languages is a plus
  • Organization and Customer Service You have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and the ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service
  • Licence & Authorization and must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Age and License You are at least 21 years old must hold a valid Provincial drivers licence with a clean driving record and available for day evening and weekend shifts.  Limited travel within Canada and United States is required.
