Calvary Mater Newcastle is seeking a friendly energetic and patientfocused Patient Services Officer to join our dedicated team.
In this important frontline role you will help create a warm welcoming and supportive environment for patients families and visitors. Your professionalism positivity and commitment to exceptional service will help ensure every person who enters our hospital feels cared for and respected.
As a Patient Services Officer you will be responsible for providing a courteous effective and efficient patient support services. This includes obtaining the required medical records; running reports maintain information for electronic whiteboard patient transport bookings handling telephone inquiries providing general clerical support for the clinical team as requested.

Remuneration:$35.84 to $36.96 per hour super annual leave loading
